Nikhil Gandhi founded Pacifique Investments with a vision to build a client-centric financial services institution grounded in trust, ethics, and long-term relationships. Over the past two decades, he has guided families, professionals, and business owners through multiple market cycles, helping them make informed financial decisions and pursue their long-term objectives with confidence.
An Electrical Engineer and MBA (Finance), Nikhil combines analytical thinking with deep practical experience in financial services. His leadership philosophy is rooted in ethics, trust, and client-first thinking, principles that continue to shape the firm's culture and long-term vision.
Nicky Gandhi leads branding, marketing, and client experience initiatives at Pacifique Investments. She plays a central role in shaping how clients engage with the firm, ensuring that every interaction reflects the professionalism, trust, and personal attention that define the Pacifique experience.
A Bachelor of Commerce graduate, Nicky brings a strong understanding of relationship building, communication, and brand development. Her focus on client engagement, service excellence, and organizational growth has been instrumental in strengthening the firm's reputation and expanding its reach across generations of clients.
Kashvi Gandhi represents the next generation of leadership at Pacifique Investments, bringing together global institutional experience and a vision for the future of financial services. She leads strategy, technology, and business transformation initiatives at Pacifique Investments. Before joining the firm, she built her career in London, working with globally respected institutions including Goldman Sachs and Lombard Odier Investment Managers.
A CFA Charterholder and First Class Honours graduate in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Kashvi brings institutional investment expertise across equity research, portfolio management, sustainable investing, quantitative analysis, and financial technology. She is focused on building a next-generation financial services platform that combines institutional rigor, technology, and exceptional client experience.
